Bird's Eye View

Jeremy is speaking at a conference in Miami on Thursday and he decided a red-eye flight was to be his means of arriving there. Yuck. I much prefer flying at a time of day I can enjoy the view from the window seat. If you stop to think about it, the opportunity to sit in the window seat of an airplane really is under appreciated. Common people do it by the thousands day in and day out and it is even passed up by many who prefer aisle seats. We take it for granted. Seriously though, we are FLYING. We are 35,000 feet above the surface of the earth and we can look down at it's mountains, canyons, rivers, fields, cities, weather patterns, etc. How incredible is that? Well The NY Times asked for photo submissions from people who do appreciate the view from the window seat. What they got was incredible. I posted a few of my favorites below.
